The Website is operated by North Shores Realty Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a real estate brokerage firm.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Website. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date above. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

  2. IDX and MLS Listings
    The Website utilizes Showcase IDX to display real estate listings from Multiple Listing Services (“MLS”) through the Internet Data Exchange (“IDX”) program. IDX information is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use, and it may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.

    All listings displayed pursuant to IDX shall identify the listing firm and state in a reasonable manner. The data relating to real estate for sale on this Website comes in part from the IDX program of the applicable MLS. The listings of some real estate brokerage firms have been excluded from this 
Website at their request.

Required IDX Disclaimers:
• The data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or North Shores Realty Group.
• IDX information is provided exclusively for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use, that it may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing, and that the data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS.
• All information should be verified by the recipient and none is guaranteed as accurate by North Shores Realty Group.
• The MLS may, at its discretion, require use of other disclaimers as necessary to protect participants and/or the MLS from liability.
If you are a real estate professional, you agree to comply with all applicable MLS rules and regulations regarding the use of IDX data.

  1. Lead Capture and CRM Integration
    The Website allows users to submit inquiries, register for accounts, or provide contact information to request property information, schedule viewings, or receive updates on real estate listings (“Leads”). By submitting your information, you consent to us collecting, storing, and processing your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    Leads are captured and managed through our Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) system. By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you via email, phone, text message, or other means regarding real estate services, properties, or related matters. You may opt out of communications at any time by following the instructions in our communications or contacting us directly.
    We may share your information with third-party service providers, such as Showcase IDX, solely for the purpose of providing the services requested. For more details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
  2. User Accounts and Registration
    To access certain features of the Website, such as saving searches or receiving personalized recommendations, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
    You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    We reserve the right to refuse registration, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
